Controller and scope

The controller of arifmera.ru is ИП Егоров Артемий Сергеевич, registration number 325210000102252, taxpayer number 212414013955. Privacy contact: pd@arifmera.ru. This policy describes visitor data processing under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Data and purposes

To serve and protect the website, the server temporarily receives the IP address, request time, URL and standard HTTP headers. The application does not save these details in its database or keep a separate visit log. This processing supports site operation and does not depend on advertising consent.

Only after you click “I agree” are these two services enabled:

1. Yandex Metrika for visit statistics. Data collected by the analytics service may include IP address, cookies, browser and device details, pages visited and site interactions.
2. Yandex Advertising Network for displaying ads, measuring impressions and interactions, and assessing effectiveness. Data may include IP address, cookies, browser and device identifiers, system details, impressions and clicks.

Separate consent is the basis for these two purposes. Without it, Yandex services do not load and site tools remain available.

Cookies and recipients

After consent, the site records the grant and any withdrawal and uses a cookie to remember the visitor’s choice. Consent lasts up to 180 days. Hiding the notice does not grant consent or enable analytics or advertising. Some tools may keep settings in the browser without sending them to the controller.

The site is hosted by ООО «ТАЙМВЭБ.КЛАУД» on a server in Russia. With consent, Yandex LLC may receive data through Metrika and its Advertising Network. Their terms govern their cookies and retention.

Retention, security and rights

Consent lasts until withdrawal, up to 180 days. After withdrawal, ad and analytics scripts stop loading on page refresh. Grant and withdrawal records are kept for three years after consent expires or is withdrawn, then deleted unless a dispute is pending or a longer period is legally required. The application does not retain visit logs; Coolify container output and other technical logs are not used for analytics and are not a separate website database.

Access is restricted; authentication and HTTPS are used. You may request processing information, correction or erasure where applicable, withdraw consent, and complain to the regulator or a court. Contact pd@arifmera.ru; identifying a specific person’s data may require identity verification.

Consent controls

Hiding the notice does not enable analytics or advertising. Withdrawal does not undo past processing; you may clear previously set Yandex cookies in your browser.
